In this lecture, Dr. McLoud defines these pneumonias as a heterogeneous group of non-neoplastic disorders and describes these 7 chronic, subacute and acute disorders based upon the new classification system. This lecture provides a summary of each disease, with a focus on the HRCT features and pathologic and histologic correlation.
