Overview
ACR offers recorded lectures online for imaging professionals to easily access and review at their convenience.  Presenting these enduring lectures online allows them to be available to more people over time.  Each lecture or lecture series has been designed to address educational gaps and needs related to the field of radiology.  A variety of didactic and interactive techniques with images and demonstrations are used to enhance learning of new knowledge and to improve competency in radiology practice.  After completing the lecture(s), learners may claim CME credits by achieving a minimum performance score of 80% on a 5-item posttest. 

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, the participant will: 

- Identify renovascular hypertension, renal parenchymal disease.
- Describe hydronephrosis and renal vein thrombosis.
- Define arteriovenous fistula and pseudoaneurysm.
- Describe portal hypertension by classification, pathogenesis, color Doppler findings and spectral analysis.
- Explain TIPS: background, sonographic technique and TIPS malfunction.
- Explain renal transplant imaging with focus on Ultrasound.
- Explain the roles of ultrasound in transplant evaluation.
- List common vascular abnormalities.
- List the technical parameters for Doppler examinations in the liver.
- Identify those situations in which Doppler ultrasound should be added to the grayscale examination.
- Describe the differences between normal and abnormal Doppler waveforms.
