Readers complete the activity by reading a peer-reviewed article, reviewing references, and then responding to a minimum of five self-assessment questions online.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, the reader will be able to:

1) Identify areas within radiology expected to be most impacted by ICD-9 to ICD-10 conversion.
2) Discuss ways in which radiology practices can best prepare for the upcoming ICD-10 transition.
3) Apply the concepts of ICD-10 conversion to his/her own practice.
